Block A: It can accommodate 20 to 30 people, with a large living room ➕ 4 bedrooms ➕ half room and half karaoke combination area.
Block B: The capacity ranges from 10 to 18 people, with a medium-sized living room ➕ 3 bedrooms ➕ a single karaoke room.
Kukup Bay is located in the Ayer Masin.
The front door is the chalet's reception and dining room. The seating space is very spacious and comfortable. Chalet is divided into a ground floor and a first floor. Each unit has its own character, and the experience is completely different. They also have another wooden house, and the exterior design is very eye-catching and beautiful.
Each unit is designed with French windows, allowing travelers to enjoy wonderful sea views. The golden sun shines on the vast blue waves, dyeing the monotonous and calm sea with color! Sunshine penetrates the house, making people feel comfortable and relaxed.

TAN Castle is located on the coast of the center of Ayer Masin, only 400m away from the shopping street, with convenient transportation. Travelers can overlook the fish farm here in Kukup. Can see the Indonesian tanjung balai on the left, the banana island on the right, and the sunset sea view from the chalet.
The chalet provides transport (Duduk electric car) on arrival and departure, suitable for all ages. Each unit is relatively independent with excellent privacy.
The homestay has three floors and can accommodate up to 146 people. The appearance of the homestay is magnificent, the appearance is beautiful and generous, and the space is designed to be very spacious. The B&B has an outdoor dining area and a BBQ area in the front and backyard respectively. It will surely allow passengers to dine in a good dining environment and return with a rewarding experience.

It can accommodate 65 people, divided into two halls:
Grand Room 1: Accommodates 10-30 people++, with 4 bedrooms, 1 VIP room, and a private KTV room.
