By accessing or using website by completing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the our website.

The product information appearing on our website is strictly as provided by the chalets themselves or travel suppliers and we disclaim any representations and warranties in respect thereof.
The price you have to pay for your reservation is as set out on our website for your chosen type of service and booking dates.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to perform transaction in order to make a reservation. Upon reservation and confirmation of the booking, your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you have made an reservation via our website.
A reservation is valid immediately after booking. Cancellation policy apply for each particular booking and depend among the travel supplier and etc. By making a booking on our website, you fully agree and accept the relevant cancellation or "No-Show" policy pertaining to that booking. Kindly read the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Changing the dates or accommodation from one chalet to another is considered a cancellation. Any amendments or cancellations of bookings must be done via us and NOT the travel suppliers themselves. Full charges will be applied for the reservations through us if you fail to do so.
If you decide to shorten/partially cancel services and the services are subjected to refund, you MUST fill in a form and signed by both of you and an authorized representative of the travel supplier. This document will facilitate us to claim for refund on your behalf, we will not be able to refund you in the event of absence of refund document.
In case a reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit/debit card. Now after we do this, we will go through internal verification process. Once the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any complaints about the reserved services or the condition of the chalet must be reported by the guest immediately to travel supplier. We will not be liable for any compensation for any such problem, and strictly disclaim any liability with respect thereto.
All vouchers are subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at our discretion without prior notice. Vouchers are valid only for online reservations at www.kukup.my. We reserve the right to introduce vouchers and price changes without prior notice.
We are only an intermediary in making arrangements for chalets, transportation or any other travel services and DO NOT assume any responsibility or liability of any kind for the travel products and services provided by the end travel supplier.
